Business Development Representative for Restoration Services

Renewal by Fabric Restorations is seeking a motivated and high‑energy Sales & Business Development Associate to help expand our textile‑restoration services across Southern California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and excels in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Job Summary

In this client‑facing position, you will develop and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, contractors, and property owners. You will promote our textile‑restoration services and support packouts and customer coordination following fire, smoke, or water losses. This role offers strong growth potential within a rapidly expanding restoration company.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and maintain B2B relationships
• Prospect daily through field visits, networking, and industry events
• Meet with insureds, adjusters, and contractors
• Coordinate textile packouts and assess affected rooms
• Document routes, visits, and sales activity in CRM
• Achieve monthly sales and outreach goals
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the restoration process

Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and daily field visits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn CRM systems
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license required
