Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound B2B calls (cold, warm & targeted prospecting)
• Engage SME decision-makers and uncover real business needs
• Qualify opportunities across telco, AI, hardware, print & security
• Secure high-quality, sales-ready appointments
• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
• Consistently hit KPIs for appointments, show rates, and conversions

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

• Proven performers. Self-starters. Goal-driven individuals.
• Minimum 2+ years B2B outbound sales / appointment setting experience
• Strong background in lead generation or telesales
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal + comprehension)
• Highly motivated with a results-focused mindset
• Confident in handling rejection and overcoming objections
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt and connect with different customer profiles
