The Opportunity

Roofing Royalty is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to help expand our presence throughout Orange County and surrounding markets.

This is not a traditional door-to-door roofing sales position.

The primary focus of this role is networking, relationship building, and developing referral partnerships that generate residential and commercial roofing opportunities.

You will represent Roofing Royalty in the community and build relationships with professionals and organizations that regularly encounter roofing needs.

Potential referral relationships may include:

• Property managers and management companies
• Real estate agents and brokerages
• General contractors and construction companies
• Insurance professionals
• HOAs and community managers
• Commercial property owners
• Solar companies and sales organizations
• Restoration companies
• Investors and real estate professionals
• Local businesses and professional networking groups

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout Orange County and surrounding areas.

Attend networking events, industry events, business meetings, and community events representing Roofing Royalty.

Identify new residential and commercial roofing opportunities through your professional network and business development efforts.

Build long-term partnerships rather than focusing solely on one-time transactions.

Maintain communication with referral partners and prospective clients throughout the sales process.

Work alongside Roofing Royalty’s operations and leadership team to ensure customers and referral partners receive a high-quality experience.

Help expand the Roofing Royalty brand and reputation within the local business community.

• Confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers

• Interested in performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential
• Experienced in roofing, construction, solar, real estate, property management, insurance, or B2B sales is a plus

Existing relationships within the Orange County business, real estate, construction, property management, or insurance communities are highly valuable.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.

Compensation is directly tied to the roofing business you develop, allowing successful representatives to build a substantial income as their referral network grows.

Specific commission structure and earning opportunities will be discussed during the interview process.
