Business Development Representative - Servicer Partner Plans

HeroProtects (Aegis Administration) is a fast-growing home and auto warranty company. Most warranty companies treat their repair contractors like vendors. We treat them like partners, and we give them real ways to grow their business with us.

We're looking for a driven, high-energy Business Development Rep to grow that network. You'll bring on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance companies and turn them into active, top-performing partners.

What you'll do

• Find and sign great service companies by phone, email, LinkedIn, trade groups, and referrals.
• Sell owners on the partnership and what it means for their business.
• Get new partners set up and up to speed fast.
• Coach your partners to grow, and hold them to the standards our customers count on.
• Keep your pipeline and partner info current in our CRM.

What you bring

• You live in the St. Louis area and want to be in the office with the team.
• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or partner/vendor development.
• Energy, follow-through, and the confidence to talk shop with business owners.
• Experience in home services, the trades, warranty, or insurance is a big plus.
