Business Development Sales, Asset Management

Responsibilities :

• Participate in sales & marketing in the business development. Proactively develop business and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and retail distribution channels
• Facilitate product launches, institutional client and distribution channel promotion campaigns, conduct through market research and execute sales strategies to achieve AUM growth targets
• Work closely with the team in product development process from product initiation, document review and regulatory communication to drive the product implementation
• Regularly generate and deliver marketing materials and fund reports for clients and distribution channels, preparer tailored product proposals and take part in marketing pitching
• Liaise with clients to handle due diligence exercises and regulatory matters, coordinate and support fund-related proposals and campaigns
• Collaborate with various internal teams including investment, product, marketing, compliance and operations to carry through business development and related sales activities in both parent company and the subsidiaries
• Perform all such other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• 3-5 years of experience in asset management industry, candidates with more experience will be considered for senior position
• Familiar with both Mainland and Hong Kong financial markets and with experience in SFC authorized funds and discretionary accounts
• Knowledge of asset management products including unit trust fund, OFC, ETF, etc.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in using financial terminals
• Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development across different regions
