Business Development / Sales Consultant

Driving business growth across the healthcare and workforce technology sectors through strategic business development, consultative sales, and client relationship management. Responsible for identifying new market opportunities, generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and securing partnerships with healthcare providers, recruitment agencies, aged care, NDIS, and workforce organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developed and executed business development strategies to expand market presence across Queensland.
• Generated new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
• Managed the full sales pipeline from lead generation and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and client acquisition.
• Delivered tailored product demonstrations and presentations to senior decision-makers.
• Built and maintained strong relationships with healthcare, recruitment, and workforce sector stakeholders.
• Provided market intelligence, customer insights, and pipeline reporting to support commercial growth.
• Drove revenue growth and increased market penetration for healthcare workforce and compliance solutions.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
