Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Work From Home

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 5 days, Monday-Friday (9AM-6:30PM)

Salary: Basic up to IDR 4500000 + Incentives + Retention Program 1 & 2

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize cold calling and other outreach methods to develop new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Manage and update client databases to ensure smooth cold calling during prime hours.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and business development.
• Build strong relationships with clients through calling and following up.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• University graduates from any field are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Candidates should be highly fluent and confident in using English as their primary working language for professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
