Business Development Specialist

Job Description – Business Development Associate (BDA)

Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata (Work From Office)

Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 per month

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication

channels.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.

• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 6 months –2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Telecalling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Target-driven with a positive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

• Graduate or undergraduate candidates with relevant skills may apply.
