Business Development Specialist

Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager – LATAM Staffing & RPO

Location:- Remote (LATAM)

Primary objective:

Get new IT and non-IT clients within the first 30–60 days , with a strong focus on RPO/MSP/staffing contracts across LATAM.

Must-have experience

• B2B business development/sales experience
• Strong Staffing / Recruitment / RPO industry background
• Proven experience selling staff augmentation, permanent staffing, contract staffing and RPO
• Existing LATAM client network
• Experience selling into:
• IT / Technology
• Banking & Financial Services
• Manufacturing
• Healthcare
• Retail
• Telecom
• Logistics / Supply Chain
• Engineering
• BPO / Shared Services
• Experience acquiring new logos , not just managing existing accounts
• Should have personally generated client meetings, proposals, MSAs/SOWs and signed contracts
• Strong understanding of LATAM hiring models, local employment/staffing practices and procurement
• Spanish required; Portuguese is a major plus , especially for Brazil
• Excellent English communication — mandatory
