Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard brand merchants (consumer products, collectibles, retail, services) to issue tokens and list on the platform.
• Effectively pitch the benefits of "Consumer RWA" (e.g., helping merchants secure pre-sale cash flows and build traffic assets).
• Maintain client relations, follow up on contracts, project launch processes, and account management.
• Gather market feedback from merchants to help optimize token issuance and consulting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, related majors preferred; relevant work experience in Business Development, Sales, or E-commerce merchant acquisition preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of English and/or Cantonese is a plus (for Hong Kong and international markets).
• Passionate about blockchain and innovative business models with strong fast-learning skills.
