Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST | Monday–Friday
Salary: Up to ₹90,000/month + Performance Incentives

Responsibilities:-

• Generate international business for SEO, Web Development & Mobile App Development services.
• Identify leads, connect with international clients, and build strong relationships.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
• Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
• BDMs: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team while achieving targets.

Requirements:-

• Experience in International Sales / Business Development, preferably IT services.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong client handling and closing abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Team management experience required for BDM.
