Business Development Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth, focusing on expanding market presence and identifying new revenue opportunities in the logistics sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights for the companys service offerings and growth initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to align business goals and deliver comprehensive solutions. Provide regular updates on business performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Freshgraduate are welcome, preferably 1-2 years of experience in business development
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and close high-value deals effectively
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
