Business Development Specialist

We’re Hiring: Business Development Specialist

Full-Time | Remote | USD Compensation

Caya is looking for a Business Development Specialist with experience in the recruiting, staffing, executive search, or talent acquisition industry to support a growing U.S.-based talent advisory business.

This role is a strong fit for someone who understands the recruiting space and has hands-on experience with lead generation, prospect research, and outbound business development.

What you’ll be doing:

• Research target companies, prospects, and buying signals
• Build targeted prospect lists and support outbound outreach
• Manage follow-ups and lead nurturing to help book qualified meetings
• Keep CRM and pipeline data accurate and organized
• Track opportunities and proactively recommend next steps

What we’re looking for:

• 3–4 years of business development, lead generation, prospecting, or sales support experience
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, executive search, or talent acquisition
• Strong prospect research and lead-list building skills
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Experience with Recruiterflow, Apollo/Apollo AI, or similar tools is helpful
