Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven field operative to assist clients through the Home Care Enrollment (MLTC) process

Duties

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Prepare Clients for all assessments needed for the enrollment process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in software tools related to CRM and sales management, particularly Salesforce.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
