Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities.
-
Develop and maintain relationships with facility administrators, executive directors, and other key decision-makers.
-
Conduct outreach through cold calling, email, networking, in-person visits, and industry events.
-
Present primary care services and communicate the value of partnering with our organization.
-
Coordinate meetings, follow up with prospective partners, and support the onboarding of new communities.

Comfortable with cold calling, proactive outreach, and developing new business relationships.
-
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to prospective and existing partner communities.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
