Business Development Specialist - Home Services Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team, focusing on business development within the home services sector (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and general contracting).In this role, you will lead outbound business development, connect with home service contractors, conduct discovery meetings, and onboard new business accounts with complete schedule autonomy.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted outbound business development to home service business owners and operators.
• Lead discovery calls to evaluate contractor marketing needs and present tailored growth solutions.
• Present proposals, address objections, and secure executed service agreements.
• Manage pipeline progress and track account onboarding.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, business development, or marketing agency sales.
• Familiarity with the home services or commercial contractor space is preferred.
• Proven experience conducting cold outreach and managing full-cycle sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and self-management skills.

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year (Estimated performance-based target earnings)
