Business Development Specialist (Samar)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and expand the market presence of SCL Filipinas / FertiGlobal within the assigned territory.

• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with dealers to support the achievement of the Company's sales and business objectives.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and distribution channels to increase market share.

• Partner with dealers in the execution of marketing, promotional, and technical activities to enhance product awareness and generate market demand.

• Conduct product presentations, field demonstrations, and technical briefings to customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, and provide relevant market intelligence to management.

• Ensure the effective implementation of sales programs, promotions, and business development strategies within the assigned territory.

• Represent the Company in industry events, trade shows, government-related activities, and other business engagements.

• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, territory development plans, accomplishment reports, and other required documentation on time.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Agriculture or a related field.
• With 2–3 years of relevant experience in the Plant Nutrition or Crop Protection industry.
• Computer literate, Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and internet-based tools.
• Must know how to operate a motorcycle & possess a valid driver's license.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
