Business Development Staff

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and manage internal and external administrative documents, as well as coordinate with relevant parties.
2. Prepare periodic reports and coordinate with business partners, including Joint Venture (JV) partners.
3. Coordinate with the Sales Executive team to monitor project progress and support business development activities.
4. Conduct market research and feasibility studies, and develop effective marketing strategies.
5. Provide sales and marketing support to achieve business and project objectives.

Qualifications

1. Female candidates are preferred.
2. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
5. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with business partners.
8. Strong market analysis skills and the ability to formulate effective marketing strategies.
9. Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
