What they need
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably having min. 2 years of experience as sales engineer, project engineer, or business development in manufacture industry
Understanding manufacturing processes, cost estimation, and able to read technical drawings
Stong in communication, negotiation, and presentation
Have an interest in development of automotive wiring harness business
Proficient in English (both Oral and Written)

Act as the PIC for receiving requests, feedback, and technical data or suggestions from customers
Organize and lead regular and strategic meetings with customers
Monitor and ensure that delivered products meet customer standards
Identify potential new projects or opportunities
Monitor project progress in collaboration with relevant departments to ensure adherence to established timelines
Communicate specification changes to the internal team
Calculate price adjustments resulting from specification changes
