Business Development Staff (Coal Mining)

1. Prepare Mining Shipping Instructions for the Jetty, Finance Department, and Surveyor.
2. Revise the Mining Shipping Instruction whenever there are any changes.
3. Update shipment plan information on the Shipment Monitoring Dashboard.
4. Request and secure (book) loading slots at each Jetty according to the Buyer’s requirements.
5. Confirm the Buyer’s acceptance of the Shipping Instruction.
6. Ensure that all information and data stated in each Shipping Document are accurate and free from typographical errors or incorrect information.
7. Cross-check the completeness of all Shipping Documents for each shipment according to the Buyer’s requirements and applicable contract terms.
8. Remind the Port Team regarding the completeness and submission of Shipping Documents.
9. Provide all completed Shipping Documents to the Finance Team.
10. Continuously record coal production, overburden (OB), shipment, and coal quality data in the Commercial Database.
11. Continuously update the Coal Production & Inventory Dashboard.
12. Prepare monthly reports on coal production and sales for the Board of Commissioners.
13. Request the monthly production plan and weekly production plan updates from the Mining Team.
14. Prepare and submit the Minutes of Reconciliation (BA Rekonsiliasi) of the Actual Fulfillment of Domestic Coal Sales Obligations to each Buyer.
15. Ensure the receipt and completeness of the Minutes of Reconciliation of the Actual Fulfillment of Domestic Coal Sales Obligations from each Buyer.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Transportation Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
2. Must have work experience in the mining or shipping industry
3. Familiar with shipping and coal mining-related documents and administrative tasks
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Data-oriented with attention to detail
6. Fluent in English, both spoken and written
7. Strong communication skills
