What they need
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase pawnshop revenue and customer base.
- Identify potential locations, markets, and communities for branch expansion.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with businesses, institutions, and community organizations.
- Develop programs and activities to attract new customers and increase repeat transactions.
- Identify opportunities for growth in pawn, remittance, gadget, jewelry, and other pawnshop-related services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
- Coordinate with Branch Operations, Marketing, and other departments to execute business development initiatives.
- Monitor leads, partnerships, customer acquisition, sales performance, and business development targets.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and regular reports for management.
- Supervise and guide Business Development Officers/Associates in achieving assigned targets.
- Ensure all business development activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and pawnshop standards.
