• Market Intelligence & Research:

-        Conduct primary and secondary research to identify market trends, opportunities, and risks.

-        Monitor automotive aftermarket developments, industry trends, and emerging customer needs.

-        Develop market sizing and opportunity assessments.

• Competitive Intelligence:

-        Conduct competitor benchmarking and market assessments.

-        Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and distribution activities.

-        Prepare periodic competitor intelligence reports and recommendations.

• Business Opportunity Identification:

-        Identify new markets, customer segments, products, and revenue opportunities.

-        Evaluate potential expansion opportunities and market penetration strategies.

-        Conduct feasibility studies and market evaluations.

• Customer Insights:

-        Analyze customer purchasing behavior and market demand.

-        Develop customer segmentation and profiling studies.

-        Gather voice-of-customer insights and identify unmet customer needs.

• Strategic Planning Support:

-        Support annual business planning and strategic initiatives.

-        Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Product Teams to evaluate growth opportunities.

-        Develop business cases and recommendations for management review.

• Reporting & Analytics:

-        Prepare market intelligence reports, dashboards, and presentations.

-        Interpret findings and convert research into actionable recommendations.

-        Maintain market databases and intelligence repositories.

• Other Duties:

-        Perform other marketing and business intelligence-related duties assigned by the Marketing & Brands Manager.
