Business Development Support

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain tariff/desk file/contract/SOP Auto Rating update in CW1 System.
• Backup & support for Business Development personnel.
• Providing backup & support within department impeccably.
• Attending request from colleagues on updating/searching/creating customer data.
• Ensuring documents (rates, quotation & desk file) are typed and filed as per ISO requirements.
• Response to general RFQ from overseas.
• Response to counterparts requirement in terms of business information, rates, administration works, e-tariff & problem solving.
• Managing sales presentation materials.
• Assisting sales team in all clerical area and provide quotation to local customer, coordinating shipments with CS & BD in the absence of the Field Sales in the office.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered)
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
