Business Development Support (Contractor) (Shopeefood)

• Manage end-to-end acquisition of enterprise brands, chain restaurants, and well-known SME brands.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Identify, approach, negotiate, and close high-value merchant partnerships.
• Understand merchant business models, P&L structure, cost drivers, and decision-making process.
• Design commercial proposals including commission structures, promotional campaigns, vouchers, ads packages, and marketing support.
• Provide consultative selling by explaining platform value through metrics such as ROAS, ROI, sales uplift, and performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, analytics) to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
• Analyze performance data to support pitching strategy and optimize acquisition approach.
• Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and industry insights to strengthen acquisition positioning.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of telesales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills in Thai (English is a plus)
• Confident in using Excel and Google Sheets
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and thinking
• Proactive attitude, team player, and open to learning
