Business Development Support Specialist

SUMMARY:

The Business Development Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the Business Development Administrative team in ensuring that all administrative requirements are accomplished to keep the sales cycle moving smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages day-to-day administrative sales activities such as record-keeping, sales-tracking, contract-tracking and documentation, updating of sales pipeline, processing of  accreditation and other similar tasks
• Accomplishes Client Requirements (new and renewal) - ensures all contracts, all insurances, performance bonds, and the like are processed, recorded and up to date
• Processes all Service Execution Requests (SER) as assigned
• Completes all other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree

• Work experience in an administrative role or similar is an advantage but not required

• Must know basic mathematics in relation to contract costing and margin analysis

• Well organized and detail oriented

• Proficient in Google applications

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Must be comfortable with technical training

• Must be amenable to report onsite (Vertis Quezon City)
