Job Summary

Urban Roof Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring a Business Development Executive who is fluent in Telugu and has strong communication and customer-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer communication, sales follow-ups, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Connect with Telugu-speaking customers and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate product or service offerings.
• Conduct follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
• Convert prospective leads into customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements

• Telugu fluency is mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Must be comfortable working from the Pune office.

Experience Requirements

• Relevant sales or business development experience preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
