Business Development Trainee

Altra Marketing specialises in face-to-face customer engagement, events and roadshow campaigns.

We are looking for Business Development Trainees to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales and marketing through our on-site campaigns.

Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients at roadshows, events and face-to-face marketing campaigns

• Engage with customers and introduce clients' products and services

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign objectives

• Participate in training and coaching sessions

• Develop skills in communication, customer engagement, sales and business development

• Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop
