Business Development Trainee

• Identify and generate new customer leads through field visits, calls, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
• Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitors.
• Contact potential customers and explain products, offers, and services.
• Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
• Support promotional campaigns, events, and field marketing activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with showroom and sales teams for customer requirements.
• Build positive and long-term relationships with customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
