Business Development Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, partners, and new markets
• Support the sales and business development team in lead generation and prospect outreach
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
• Participate in client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update CRM databases and sales records
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and go-to-market strategies
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales, strategy, and business growth
• Basic understanding of market research and business concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
