Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential corporate clients for recruitment and HR services.
- Contact companies through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Connect with HR Managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Explain company services and follow up to acquire new clients.
- Maintain client records and daily performance reports.
Eligibility:
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, email, and MS Excel.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Growth Opportunity: Performance-based incentives and the opportunity to grow into a Business Development Executive role.
Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹2,500.00 per month
