You can’t build business experience without somewhere to start. At Vision Organisation, your starting point is a conversation.

A customer pauses at a roadshow. You find out what they need, introduce a brand’s products or services, and turn interest into an opportunity.

That’s where you begin learning business development: understanding people, spotting opportunities and winning new customers.

Your first chapter starts on the ground. ⚡

Represent brands at events, roadshows and pop-ups across Singapore. Build hands-on experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, product presentations and face-to-face sales while working with your team towards campaign targets.

You’ll practise your pitch, receive coaching and learn how to handle questions, objections and the occasional “not interested”. Each day gives you another chance to sharpen your communication and sales skills.

No experience? Bring your willingness to learn.

Training is provided. Fresh graduates, entry-level applicants and career switchers are welcome. Experience in retail, F&B, hospitality or customer service gives you people skills you can build on.

Along the way, gain exposure to sales and marketing, customer relationship building and business development, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility through consistent performance.
