- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client staffing requirements and identify potential opportunities.
- Drive business growth through effective client engagement and business development activities.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in US IT Staffing Business Development / Client Acquisition .
- Strong understanding of the US staffing market.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate new clients and business opportunities.
- Candidates based in Texas or New Jersey preferred.
- Work from home option available.
