Business Development / VP Associate

Job responsibilities:

1. Assist VP in business development, customer development and daily business communication;

2. Responsible for customer data collation, project follow-up, meeting arrangements and minutes;

3. Assist in tracking project quotes, proposals, contracts and follow-up implementation progress;

4. Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal team according to VP arrangement;

5. Engage in client visits, business meetings, event sites and project related work;

6. Assist in maintaining existing client relationships and developing potential cooperation opportunities;

7. Complete other business and administrative tasks assigned by VP.

Requirements for appointment:

• 1-3 + years experience in Commercial, BD, Account, Marketing, Event Company or Advertising industry preferred;
• Fluent in Chinese (HSK4) and Thai communication and has the ability to communicate in both Chinese and Thai languages;
• English can be used for basic business communication as a priority;
• Be proactive, attentive and responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills;
• Have good image and professional skills, be polite to others and have basic etiquette in business situations;
• Be able to follow up independently and have strong execution and time management skills;
• Familiarity with the Thai business environment is required; experience in advertising, events, media, branding, KOLs, or supporting Chinese brands in expanding overseas is preferred.
• Will be able to go out to visit clients, participate in business activities and travel on irregular business trips;
• Able to work with the rhythm of the VP, with a strong sense of flexibility and confidentiality.

Additional points:

• Experience in entering the Thai/Southeast Asian market for Chinese brands;
• Working experience in advertising company, 4A, event company, PR company, media or MCN;
• Have your own business connections and customer resources;
• Can use DingTalk, Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint / Canva;
• Priority is given to those who have a driver's license and can drive on their own.
