Business Development with Architect Background

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design (Preferred), Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, product specifier, or a related role.
• Develop an interest & passionate in the AEC industry.
• Have a great understanding of business fundamental, customers, partners, and competitors.
• Good attitude and have strong desire to learn new things.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal is preferred.
• Willing to travel often domestic and/or international.
• Required Skill(s): Google Suites, Project Management tools, Sketchup (passive), AutoCAD (passive).

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and build up relationships with all stakeholders including clients, Designers, Architects, Interior Designers and Project Developer.
• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
• Conduct canvassing for new clients or re-canvassing for existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
• Supervise project development end to end from lead generation to done projects.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential client segments
