Business Development with Professional Services Experience

About the role

Provide Supply Chain IT Solutions to Buyers, Suppliers, Logistics and Retail customers. You will conduct business analysis and participate in customers' meetings to gather user requirements and prepare documentation, conduct solution testing, provide user training and implement the solution onsite or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Supply Chain IT Solutions to Buyers, Suppliers, Logistics and Retail customers
• Conduct business analysis and participate in customers' meetings to gather user requirements and prepare documentation
• Conduct solution testing, provide user training and implement the solution onsite or remotely
• Provide customer support and trouble-shooting through phone and email
• Manage customer accounts and maintain customer information
• Provide suggestions to improve the solutions and products

About you

• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Preferably major in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Industrial Engineering or Computer Science
• Problem solver able to work independently and professionally
• Able to work under pressure and communicate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to establish and build good customer relationships
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, capable of delivering engaging demonstrations, workshops, and customer training
