Who We Are

Watch Match is a Hong Kong-based online marketplace connecting professional watch dealers with buyers. Our app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, with over 12,000 registered accounts.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to introduce Watch Match to professional watch dealers and expand our merchant network in Hong Kong.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and engage professional watch dealers through proactive outreach and merchant visits;

• Present Watch Match and assist interested merchants with app download and account registration;

• Build and strengthen relationships with prospective and registered merchants;

• Work closely with internal teams to support merchant onboarding, administration and documentation;

• Maintain accurate records of merchant contacts, meetings and conversion results.

Who We’re Looking For

• Confident communicator who can engage professionally with business owners;

• Proactive, organised and comfortable working towards clear acquisition targets;

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams;

• Fluent Cantonese, with good command of English and Mandarin;

• Experience in field sales, merchant acquisition or business development is preferred. Knowledge of watches, luxury goods, retail or e-commerce would be an advantage.
