Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Junior to support our team in identifying and developing business opportunities with clients in the UK and USA markets.

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build their career in international business development, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in the UK and USA.
• Generate and maintain international business leads.
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other professional platforms.
• Communicate with prospective clients and introduce company services.
• Schedule and assist with online meetings with international clients.
• Maintain and update lead and client databases.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Coordinate with creative, marketing, and production teams.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Maintain records of client communication and follow-ups.
• Prepare regular updates and reports for the Business Development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a relevant degree.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident and professional communication style.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email, and social media platforms.
• Good research, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Strong interest in international business development and sales.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Freshers & Junior Candidates

Freshers and junior-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing, or a related field are welcome.

Training and guidance will be provided to suitable candidates.

Compensation

Basic Salary + Performance-Based Commission

Additional commission will be offered based on successful business development and client acquisition.
