100 openings | Contractor | Remote | $35–$50/hr About The Role We are seeking experienced Business Document Experts with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to help improve AI capabilities in professional business documentation.

You will use your real-world business experience to create realistic business tasks, evaluate AI-generated work, and provide detailed feedback on the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of documents, analyses, presentations, and business deliverables.

No prior AI experience is required. Your professional business expertise and ability to produce high-quality work are what matter most.

What You'll Do

• Create realistic business tasks and scenarios involving complex Excel, PowerPoint, and Word deliverables.
• Develop challenges based on real-world professional and enterprise business environments.
• Interact with AI models through prompt-driven tasks representative of complex workplace assignments.
• Evaluate and compare AI-generated documents, presentations, analyses, and solutions.
• Assess outputs for accuracy, quality, clarity, completeness, and practical business value.
• Provide detailed feedback explaining strengths, weaknesses, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create or evaluate deliverables involving financial modeling, executive presentations, strategic proposals, business reports, and data analysis.
• Design business scenarios that require practical judgment, analysis, and strong document execution.
• Document evaluation findings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators to ensure tasks and evaluations accurately reflect real-world business requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on professional business experience in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, retail, or a related industry.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience creating complex spreadsheets, financial models, reports, presentations, analyses, or business documents.
• Experience supporting or leading projects in areas such as strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR.
• Experience working in or supporting large enterprise or Fortune 500-level business environments.
• Strong ability to create realistic and challenging business scenarios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain decisions, identify errors, and document detailed feedback.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• High attention to detail and professional standards for business documentation.
