Business Enablement Manager

Job Summary:

Sally North Business Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Business Enablement Manager to help teams work more effectively by ensuring they have the right processes, tools, information, and support in place. The role will turn business priorities into practical enablement initiatives that strengthen capability and make everyday operations easier to deliver.

What You'll Do:

• Lead business enablement initiatives across different operational functions
• Identify barriers that affect team productivity and effective service delivery
• Work with managers to understand capability, process, and support requirements
• Coordinate the introduction of improved tools, resources, and working practices
• Help teams adopt new processes and business solutions successfully
• Develop practical guidance and resources that support everyday operations
• Connect relevant departments when business needs require cross-functional action
• Gather employee feedback on processes, systems, and operational challenges
• Monitor the effectiveness of enablement initiatives after implementation
• Identify further opportunities to simplify work and strengthen business capability
• Provide management with recommendations on future enablement priorities

Requirements:

• Experience in business operations, enablement, business improvement, service delivery, change support, project coordination, or a related area
• Strong understanding of everyday business processes and operational needs
• Good stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to turn business challenges into practical actions
• Strong organisation and coordination skills
• Comfortable working across several departments and priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Previous management, enablement, or improvement experience is advantageous
• Business, management, operations, or related qualifications are helpful, with relevant transferable experience also considered

Pay: £59,000.00 per year
