Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Excellence Leader to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and manufacturing performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering, and team leadership, with a proven ability to deliver measurable improvements across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Business Excellence Leaders and Technicians supporting manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Partner with Operations leadership to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Productivity.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping, process transformation, and site-wide operational excellence initiatives.
• Establish standard work, visual management systems, best practices, and performance metrics.
• Improve labor productivity, capacity utilization, cycle times, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving and root cause analysis initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement sustainable operational improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Excellence, Lean Transformation, or a related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering, technical, analytical, or continuous improvement teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading Lean transformations and delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills, including KPI management, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience implementing Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
