What they need
- Data Management & Reporting Manage, consolidate and maintain business data; prepare MIS, reports and dashboards.
- Excel & Analytics Strong Excel skills; analyze data, identify trends/gaps and generate actionable business insights.
- Business Process Excellence Understand business processes, identify gaps and support standardization and improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management – Coordinate with stakeholders, understand requirements, communicate insights and drive follow-ups.
- Business Acumen – Understand the business context and translate data/process observations into practical recommendations.
- Project Support – Support BPE projects, documentation, tracking and implementation of process improvements.
- Pharma / Healthcare experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
