About the role

This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with SMEs, corporations, entrepreneurs, manufacturers, startups and other potential clients, while promoting the company's intellectual property services including trademark registration, patent protection, industrial design registration and copyright services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with SMEs, corporations, entrepreneurs, manufacturers, startups and other potential clients
• Promote the company's intellectual property services, including trademark registration, patent protection, industrial design registration and copyright services
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, business visits and corporate engagements
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Attend to enquiries from potential clients and understand their business requirements
• Introduce suitable intellectual property protection services to prospective clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service presentations
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and convert potential enquiries into confirmed clients
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, sales leads, quotations and follow-up activities in the company's CRM system
