Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Business Growth Associates in the Voice Process – Personal Loan Sales department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain personal loan products.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan options.

• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain good customer relationships and provide accurate information.

• Coordinate with the team to achieve business goals.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in Tamil are preferred.

• Basic customer handling and convincing skills.

• Candidates must be target-oriented and willing to learn.

Salary & Benefits:
