Job Position: Business Growth Executive
Job Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

• Identify Opportunities: Research industry trends, target markets, and competitor behavior to spot new revenue streams.
• Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and nurture a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
• Client Acquisition: Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and networking events to introduce company offerings.
• Data-Driven Experimentation: Run tests, analyze conversion rates, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize growth campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to align on targets and improve customer retention.
• Relationship Building: Maintain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry collaborators.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3-5 years of experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
