About the Role

SabiWell is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Officers to drive artisan recruitment across Lagos. This is a field-based role ideal for individuals who thrive on performance, enjoy engaging with people, and are motivated by financial incentives.

This is a 3-month contract (renewable based on performance) and offers a competitive performance-based structure with significant earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Artisan Recruitment

• Visit assigned markets, workshops, and artisan hubs to onboard artisans onto the SabiWell platform.

• Explain SabiWell's value proposition clearly and professionally to artisans.

• Assist artisans with registration, including profile setup and document uploads (NIN, portfolio photos).

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly artisan onboarding targets.

Field Operations

• Conduct market activations and door-to-door outreach in assigned locations.

• Build relationships with market leaders, trade associations, and community stakeholders.

• Distribute flyers, posters, and branded materials.

• Represent SabiWell professionally at all times.

Reporting & Compliance

• Submit daily activity reports to the Business Development Lead.

• Ensure all registrations are genuine and meet quality standards.

• Follow SabiWell's onboarding process and code of conduct.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/NCE or equivalent.

• 0–2 years' experience in sales, field marketing, or community outreach.

• Must be based in Lagos.

• Strong communication skills in English and Pidgin.

• Comfortable with door-to-door and market-based outreach.

• Must own a smartphone with internet access.

• Highly motivated and target-driven.

Salary Structure & Financial Incentives

This role is designed for performance-driven individuals. The structure rewards high achievers with significant earning potential. The salary structure is as follows:

• Base Salary (Fixed)
• Commission (Paid on verified registrations)
• Performance Bonus (Awarded for exceeding monthly target)
• Transport Allowance (To cover field movement)
• Data Allowance (For internet and communication)
