Must Haves

• 12-18 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership — not just functional experience, but full business head exposure across production, sales, and finance.
• Track record managing through department heads / a layered leadership team, not just individual contributors.
• Regulatory/compliance exposure specific to Thai manufacturing operations.
• Experience acting as the liaison point between a local plant/office and an overseas corporate HQ.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Thai.
• Prior leadership experience specifically within a Thailand-based manufacturing operation.

• CA, or B.E./B.Tech + MBA (Finance or Operations)

Job Summary The role is responsible for leading and managing the overall business operations in Thailand for a manufacturing company. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the incumbent will drive business strategy, oversee production, sales, and finance functions, and ensure regulatory compliance with Thai laws. As the P&L owner for the Thailand business, he will work closely with departmental heads, manage key stakeholder relationships, and coordinate between the Thailand office, factory, and Corporate Office. The role also demands strong leadership to mentor and develop the entire Thailand team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility of the entire business including overseeing production, sales, and finance.
• Formulate and execute business strategy in collaboration with top management.
• Own the P&L for the entire Thailand business operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to Thai laws and regulations across all business verticals.
• Manage general operations and administration of the manufacturing plant.
• Coordinate and liaise between the Thailand office, Thailand factory, and Corporate Office.
• Lead, mentor, develop, and manage the entire Thailand team.
