Orcapod is seeking a dynamic and emerging business leader with the competence, capability, and commitment to assume full P&L responsibility. This role entails a comprehensive 360-degree mandate, encompassing customer acquisition, account management, and oversight of service delivery operations.

Positioned one level below the executive leadership team, this role offers a strong pathway for progression into a strategic leadership position within the organization.

This role is particularly well-suited for professionals from the IT services industry who wish to be based in India while engaging in a client-facing business role.

Preferred candidate profile

The individual should have :-

• Good academic track record. MBA (Full-time) is not a must-have, but is an added advantage
• 8 15 years of experience in the IT services/ Big-4/ GCC or related industry, with strong exposure to people management/ leadership roles.
• The individual should possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the ability to drive growth, build client relationships, and deliver operational excellence.
• Mandatory experience/temperament for Sales or Account Management or any customer-facing role.
