Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business growth strategies.
• Own revenue, sales, and profitability targets.
• Lead sales, business development, and operations teams.
• Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain key client and partner relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare business plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with leadership on strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• 8–15+ years of experience in EdTech, Education.
• Proven experience in owning revenue/business targets and preferably a P&L.
• Strong understanding of digital education and student/customer acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience scaling a business or business vertical.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic-thinking abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 per year
