Location : Delhi

We are looking for a senior, hands-on business leader to own and accelerate our sales and business development function.

Salary : 8 - 9 LPA

Eligibility :

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B Software, SaaS, or Technology Sales.
• Experience in leading and managing a sales or business development team.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of B2B sales, CRM systems, and pipeline management.
• Ability to build relationships with doctors, hospitals, and senior healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
• Experience in healthcare software, hospital management systems, EMR/HIS, or clinic management software.
• Additional advantage: international sales experience in the Middle East, Asia, or Africa.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead the sales team, build relationships with hospitals and doctors and drive revenue growth in India and international markets.
• Develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team.
• Build relationships with doctors and hospitals.
• Generate leads and acquire new customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and close deals.
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
• Expand business in domestic and international markets.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Head of business: 5 years (Preferred)
