Business Head -MEP

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Drive profitable revenue growth across HVAC, pumps, hydronic systems, controls and allied solutions.
• Develop relationships with developers, consultants, EPCs, MEP contractors and key end users.
• Identify and secure strategic HVAC projects.
• Build new accounts and increase business from existing customers.
• Strengthen market presence of the company's global OEM brands.

Project & Commercial Management

• Manage projects from enquiry and order booking through execution and completion.
• Ensure project profitability, timely billing and successful execution.
• Protect gross margins and negotiate commercial terms.
• Drive variation-order recovery and minimise project overruns.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, operations, finance and service teams.

Collections

• Ensure timely collection of advances, milestone payments and outstanding receivables.
• Monitor customer credit and project cash flow.
• Link business growth with healthy working capital.

Strategic Growth

• Develop key accounts, consultants, EPC relationships and new market segments.
• Identify opportunities in data centres, healthcare, industrial, infrastructure and commercial projects.
• Develop integrated solutions across HVAC, pumps, hydronics, controls and water solutions.

Team Leadership

• Build and lead the HVAC sales and projects team.
• Set targets and performance systems.
• Develop second-line leadership and CRM/reporting discipline.
